It is entirely too hot for regular coffee, so why not try a mocha protein frappuccino? This shake is not only delicious, but has less fat, more protein and is less expensive than a regular Starbucks Frappuccino.
1 packet or 1 tsp instant coffee
1 cup water
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1-4 tsp stevia or 8 drops vanilla creme liquid stevia
2 Tbsp almond/soy/skim milk
3-4 ice cubes
*1/2 tsp xantham gum – optional
Blend and enjoy!
*Xantham gum is a thickening agent and can be purchased at any specialty or health food store.
