We have reached the last New Year, New You Challenge! Today’s challenge may be difficult at first, but is definitely worth it. It takes approximately 21 days for something to become a habit. Throughout February, form healthy habits that will bring you closer to your health and fitness goals! Choose what healthy habits you want to commit to for this month. Decide what time of day you can exercise and commit to it at least five days a week. Take time on Sunday to make healthy snacks and meals for the week. Make it a habit to reach for herbal teas instead of sugary snacks at night. Think about things that you need to improve on and commit to it for February, just remember, it will be a habit by the end of the month! Use the previous challenges for inspiration when you want to quit: always stay positive, look at your vision board, talk to your friends and family, and take time to enjoy today! All of these challenges will set you up for continued success and a healthy you!
